The Challenges

Jose De LaGarza brought in his bike after going down while out on a ride with friends. A smashed in fuel tank with an elaborate custom paint job was just the beginning of repairs necessary to have his bike ride worthy again. Much like surgery, the tedious process begins with the structural repair of the fuel tank. Followed by the color matching, graphic replication, and blending of the design for a seamless reconstruction of his original custom painted tank. Next, we removed every piece of billet aluminum and sent it out to be chrome plated before final assembly. Last, we measured and cut down his Springer front end to fit a brand new 26” front wheel making this one of few big wheel choppers you will see on the road.
