To be eligible for a return, it must be within 30 days of your item being delivered, and it must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that are ordered incorrectly that result in parts not being compatible will incur a 20% restocking fee.
To start a return or exchange, you can make these types of requests directly from the order history in your account dashboard. If you checked out as a guest, you can pull up the order here by entering the order number, and phone number used. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom, or special order items. ie: air ride kits, swing arms, wheels, etcetera.
You will be notified via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less the cost of return shipping, and restocking fee, if applicable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please note all parts returned must be packaged correctly; the customer will be responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping due to inadequate packaging. Rush Bikes will not be responsible for return freight on overseas orders.
