Constructed of Chemically Certified 6061-T6 & 6063 Aircraft Grade Aluminum and loaded with a 304 stainless steel spiral welded perforated baffle assembly + ISW Packing. The Razor exhaust system from Toce Performance is one of the company’s best sellers. The Razor, made in Manchester, Connecticut USA, is hand-welded; comprised of all in-house designed and machined CNC components. Put in place by a precision mandrel bent stainless steel header assembly, and when paired with an ECU Flashing service + MWR Filter Combo, completely opens the bike up to its true potential while standing out from any other setup on the market.
Toce Exhaust systems are all designed for each application. No two systems are the exact same, nor are they generic muffler assemblies held onto bikes with universal band clamps. Each one is designed for its application and made in their facility in jigs, to ensure perfect fitment. Washable, Re-oilable, Performance filter with Maximum Protection and perfect design + fitment. The HE Filters specifically help with air turbulence and not only provide more equal flow to each cylinder, but reduce intake noise as well.
ECU Flashing
A “mail-in service” Eliminating the need for piggyback fuel computers, Toce offers a same-day turnout ECU Flashing Service. Simply purchase the flash with the exhaust, and upon email confirmation, you’ll receive instructions on how to mail in your computer. Remove the unit, send it to Toce Headquarters, and they’ll flash it the day it’s received, package it with your exhaust, and ship everything out to you in one big insured box.
Toce ECU Flashes include corrective fueling for all modes and on both the IAP and TPS Maps. With cooler fan temp settings, reduced engine braking, and unrestricted factory settings, you’ll experience smoother drivability and more power.
Peak Power Mode Setting for these bikes is 1/1/1 Which generated +22.9 Horsepower and 8% more wtq on a DYNOmite Dyno.
