Often imitated, but hardly replicated. Toce’s slip-on exhaust system for the R6 has been copy-catted by factories all over the world. A simple design to the naked eye, however, these systems are made of aircraft certified aluminum. Deburred to not have rough edges like the counterfeits, they will not rust, tarnish, or flake; and in the event they did, they are backed by Toce’s LIFETIME warranty. They utilize all the factory mounting hardware and do not come with universal adapters and clamps to offer you the ability to “try and make it fit your bike”. It’s designed specifically for your R6, and offers a great addition to sound while keeping your bike street legal. Its textured powder coated body is a sleek and cost-effective solution to make a bit more bike, while making the aesthetics of the bike that much better.
Constructed of Chemically Certified 6061-T6 & 6063 Aircraft Grade Aluminum and loaded with a 304 stainless steel spiral welded perforated baffle assembly + ISW Packing. The Razor exhaust system from Toce Performance is one of the company’s best sellers. The Razor, made in Manchester, Connecticut USA, is hand-welded; comprised of all in-house designed and machined CNC components. Put in place by a precision mandrel bent stainless steel header assembly, and when paired with their ECU Flashing service + MWR Filter Combo, completely opens the bike up to its true potential while standing out from any other setup on the market.
Toce Exhaust systems are all designed for each application. No two systems are the exact same, nor are they generic muffler assemblies held onto bikes with universal band clamps. Simply purchase the flash with the exhaust, and upon email confirmation, you’ll receive instructions on how to mail us your computer. Remove the unit, send it to Toce Headquarters, and we’ll flash it the day it’s received, package it with your exhaust and ship everything out to you in one big insured box.

This is a slip-on only system designed to work with the factory muffler box, not with cat-delete systems.
