Front cartridge pair for Harley-Davidson Softail applications makes it easy to upgrade your factory internal fork assemblies. These replacement style cartridges are a perfect fit. Each cartridge has 2 chambers for lift, and 2 for rebound in axial alignment. This allows us to increase piston surface area, thus reducing air pressure required to lift. To dampen compression during hard braking we have add a booster spring. The result is a much smoother, and consistent ride and increased handling. Each kit is specifically designed to fit your bike without modification and exceeds all manufacture specifications.

One inch stainless steel fork extensions are provided with a side port for the air inlet.  Therefore, the air lines can be hidden under the upper triple tree and also be hidden by the stock fork covers.

AirFX built the single housing Softail shock air ride system to outperform all other air ride units on the market. Each kit is specifically designed to fit your bike without modification and exceeds all manufacturer specifications. The CNC billet aluminum housing is machined to exact tolerances with a hard coat anodized finish applied to all wear surfaces. The large double sealed composite pistons let you run less air pressure for a softer ride and increase stability in cornering. Both air chambers operate independently and are mounted with friction free composite bushings to keep your suspension geometry and rebound correctly adjusted. Shocks are self-lubricated, corrosion resistant, and rebuildable.

Compressor

The Hi-Flow Compressor comes standard with a chrome motor housing, chrome end plates, and Omega style mounting bracket. Insulated wiring is pre-installed. Compressors are equipped with a thermal overload protector that will shut down the unit when overheated. When cool, the compressor will automatically restart as normal.

Micro Buttons

Micro Button Wiring Harness: The micro button package consists of a pair of miniature snap acting stainless steel buttons potted in a small aluminum housing connected to a relay module and wiring harness. Pre-wired and tested. Two included for independent front and rear air ride control.
