FAQ
All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays). Please note that order tracker emails are automatically generated, and although you may receive one during this time, the order WILL NOT be picked up until the following Monday.
To start a return or exchange, you can make these types of requests directly from the order history in your account dashboard. If you checked out as a guest, you can pull up the order here by entering the order number, and phone number used. (if you entered your phone number like 12814445555, be sure to put the 1 when entering it into the return/exchange/cancel form). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom, or special order items. ie: air ride kits, swing arms, wheels, etcetera.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less the cost of return shipping, and restocking fee, if applicable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please note all parts returned must be packaged correctly; the customer will be responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping due to inadequate packaging. Rush Bikes will not be responsible for return freight on overseas orders.
