Shipping Policy
We will make every effort to get your shipment on its way to you as quickly as possible. Most orders placed by 1 PM CST on weekdays will ship out the same day. More than 95% of orders are shipped within 1 business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays). Items that are built to order can take anywhere from 2 – 10 weeks depending on the type of item it is. These types of items will have notes on the product page regarding the lead time.
Once Your Order Does Ship
You will receive an automated email with tracking information as soon as our shipping department creates a shipping label for your package.
Protecting Your Order
To protect your investment, we offer Route shipping insurance at checkout. Route protects your order against theft, damage, and loss. Should you decline Route shipping insurance at checkout, Rush Bikes is not liable for damage, loss in transit, or theft. Should you choose Route shipping insurance and you receive a damaged product, your product is lost in transit, or is stolen off your property, a claim will need to be submitted directly to Route. Rush Bikes will assist Route with the investigation and replacement of your order. However, we cannot do so if a claim has not been submitted.
